TheRole Asthe Risk&ComplianceManager ,you'llowntheday-to-dayexecutionofMyPrize'scomplianceandriskmanagementprograms.You'llworkcloselywithLegal,Product,Payments,Engineering,Finance,CustomerOperations,andExecutiveLeadershiptooverseepaymentcompliance,AML/KYC,fraudprevention,regulatoryreporting,internalcontrols,audits,andgovernanceinitiatives. You'll play a critical role in supporting MyPrize's compliant multi-jurisdiction product strategy while continuously improving the company's enterprise compliance framework as the business scales. WhatyouwilldoatMyPrize Payments&FinancialCrimeCompliance: Oversee complianceprogramsrelatingtopayments,moneymovement,AML,KYC,fraudprevention,sanctionsscreening,transactionmonitoring,suspiciousactivityinvestigations,SARfilings,andotherrequiredregulatoryreporting. RiskAssessment&OperationalControls: Identifyoperational,financial,regulatory,andtechnologyriskswhilepartneringacrossthebusinesstostrengthencontrolsandreduceorganizationalrisk. Audit&InformationSecurityCompliance: CoordinateSOC2,ISO,internalaudits,vendorduediligence,controltesting,andremediationefforts. Policy&GovernanceDevelopment: Develop,maintain,andimprovecompliancepolicies,operationalprocedures,trainingprograms,governancedocumentation,andriskregisters. Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: PartnercloselywithLegal,Product,Engineering,Payments,Finance,CustomerOperations,andExecutiveLeadershiptosupportcompliantproductlaunchesandmulti-jurisdictionregulatoryinitiatives. WhatyoubringtoMyPrize 5+yearsofexperienceinCompliance,RiskManagement,FinancialCrime,AML,Payments,InternalAudit,orGovernancewithinafintech,gaming,payments,financialservices,orregulatedtechnologycompany. StrongunderstandingofAML,KYC,fraudprevention,paymentoperations,transactionmonitoring,sanctionscompliance,regulatoryreporting,andenterpriseriskmanagement. ExperiencesupportingSOC2,ISO,internalcontrols,auditreadiness,andgovernanceprograms. Experiencedevelopingpolicies,conductingriskassessments,andimplementingscalableoperationalcontrols. Excellentprojectmanagementandcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytocoordinateacrossmultipledepartments. Highlyorganizedwithexceptionalattentiontodetailandtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiessimultaneously. RegularuserofmodernAIandLLMproductivitytoolstoacceleratecomplianceresearch,policydrafting,auditpreparation,documentation,workflowautomation,andoperationalefficiency.
