Inventory Coordinator II - Monday - Thursday (12 pm - 10:30 pm)

Inventory Coordinator II position at Thermo Fisher Scientific managing laboratory materials and inventory systems on a second shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 12 pm–10:30 pm). Role involves receiving, tracking, and distributing materials while maintaining GMP compliance and warehouse organization in a temperature-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, track, and distribute materials while maintaining precise documentation and regulatory compliance
- Perform cycle counts, inventory verification, and put-away processes using FIFO methodology
- Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and storage compliance in cold rooms and controlled areas
- Process receipts, stage materials, and manage replenishment of distribution protocols
- Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with problem-solving to resolve them
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to train and qualify on forklifts and order pickers
- Proficiency with computer systems and RF technologies
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work with powered industrial vehicles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Not allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin products
- Capable of passing TSA clearance standards
Compensation: $19.50 base + 10% shift differential (or $19.00–$19.97 hourly range)
