Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to foster a stable therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and create individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide regular counseling sessions, delivering effective interventions while adjusting treatment plans based on clients' evolving needs and progress.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, and individuals seeking help for a variety of issues, such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license and an active state license in Colorado are required.
