Seeking candidates with experience handling wage & hour, PAGA, FEHA, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters, ideally through discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep. Description A well-established law firm in the San Diego area is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate to support a growing practice representing employers in a broad range of workplace disputes. This role offers meaningful case responsibility and direct client exposure. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and experience managing matters from early case assessment through resolution.
