A skilled marketer Organized and detail-oriented A self-starter with a strong work ethic A high performer and hold yourself to high standards Inspired by the latest eCommerce trends Looking to be a part of a rapidly growing and value driven company Ready to blow minds with the best damn emails and SMS strategies in the game ✅ What you'll be doing As a Retention Marketing Manager, you will manage 10-12 brands' email and SMS marketing accounts. This includes project management, managing client relations and communication, overseeing the client success team, and developing quarterly and monthly campaign strategies, flow/automation strategies, list growth strategies, and retention strategies. Your one and only goal is client success and happiness. During this role, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with the director of lifecycle, the marketing and the creative teams, and The Greenhouse partners on some fun retention and creative projects. US Based Operate within company hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm ET / PT.
