Coordinate with the Technical Director regarding set design, properties, and costumes before creating routines or purchasing/constructing items. Provide educational assistance to students in learning and developing technical skills for personal interactions. Train students regarding safety protocols. Provide general supervision of technical crew during construction and rehearsals. Provide general supervision of actors, technical crew, and musicians during rehearsals/performances. Report student behavior and/or issues to the Theatre Director and Technical Director for resolution. Report concerns/issues to the Theatre Director, Technical Director, and/or Director of Activities. Clean, organize, and care for the shops and facilities after each meeting, rehearsal, and performance. Secure the facilities after each meeting, rehearsal, and performance to prevent student access. Store all costumes and properties in the loft after the production closes. Report any repair needs immediately. Submit timesheets and itemized receipts for compensation and/or reimbursement.
