Help manage our daily office meetings, ensuring that client meetings run smoothly and on schedule. Prepare physical client review questionnaires to ensure our advisors are fully prepared. Handle incoming inquiries with care, directing calls and visitors to the right person promptly. Maintain the appearance and organization of our lobby and meeting spaces to ensure a comfortable, seasonally appropriate environment. Support our team with light administrative tasks and documentation to keep our daily operations flowing well. Help plan client events. Requirements Professional experience in a reception, administrative, or customer-facing role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital calendar management. Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on warmth and clarity. Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
