Media Relations/Communications Coordinator Location: Playa Vista/Los Angeles, California (Onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a Media Relations/Communications Coordinator to join a dynamic team. This role involves supporting media relations, event execution, product launches, and creator engagement programs. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented individual with a passion for sport and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities Support media relations, event execution, product launches, and creator engagement initiatives. Manage multiple projects and logistics simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Build and maintain relationships with media, creators, agencies, and cross-functional partners. Utilize strong knowledge of the local sports, cultural, media, and creator landscape. Contribute to athlete storytelling and brand messaging. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training. Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in communications or public relations is required. Experience between five and seven years is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Keynote and Excel is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience partnering with agencies and navigating the Los Angeles media landscape. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering flawless execution. Previous industry experience is preferred.
