Physician- Colorectal Surgery

Job Summary West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Surgery, Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) to practice in Morgantown, WV. Depending on operational needs, the successful candidate may also provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, with expected travel. Duties Practice colorectal surgery and provide excellent patient care. Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility to obtain a state medical license. Board certified/eligible in general surgery and completion of a colon and rectal surgery fellowship by the time of appointment. For Associate Professor or Professor ranks: demonstrated track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high‑impact journals. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
