Regional Sales Manager

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Territory Sales Manager KDX America Summary: We are looking to hire a passionate Territory Sales Manager with responsibility for growing assigned accounts, and developing and closing prospective accounts. This position can be remote or based from our offices in Easton, MD or Schiller Park, IL. Duties & Responsibilities Achieve territory sales operational objectives by contributing territory sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change. Promote the company’s products to existing customers and prospects. Meet territory sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Promptly respond to customer requests. Maintain and expand customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. Prepare sales reports and submit them to management. Required Qualifications 5 years experience selling in the plastics or printing industry. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Proven sales success; Organized territory management skills. Knowledge of Thermal Lamination Films industry is a plus. Technical skills are a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and be willing to sign a non‑compete agreement upon hire.
