If so, you might be the Precision CNC Lathe & Mill Operator we’re looking for.What you’ll handleSetups from start to finish: alignment, calibration, tooling, and workholdingReading and applying blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsLive monitoring of runs; making offsets and adjustments to protect qualityRoutine maintenance that keeps equipment in peak conditionIn-process and final inspections to verify accuracy and spec adherenceData entry and recordkeeping for traceable production historyTeam collaboration to improve processes and throughputStrict adherence to safety and housekeeping standardsYou’ll be a match if you haveA high school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education preferred)Proven experience operating CNC machineryComfort reading prints and technical documentationWorking knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and related equipmentAbility to work solo and cooperatively with the teamStrong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solvingBasic computer skills for data capture and programming editsWillingness to take on flexible hours and overtime as production requiresWhy this roleEvery day brings a new print, a new setup, and a new challenge.
