Job Title: Data Technician Coordinator
Location: Fremont, MI
Duration: 5-Month+ Contract

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining data accuracy, preparing operational reports, managing knowledge articles, supporting PCI compliance, and cleaning up CRM configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Review and standardize knowledge articles and documentation.
Identify and correct data discrepancies and duplicate records.
Maintain CRM configurations and support system cleanup.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and PCI standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in data management, reporting, CRM, or contact center operations preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
