Consumer & HCP Engagement Coordinator

On-Site role

Job Description:

• WORK LOCATION : Freemont, MI
• WORK SCHEDULE: 35 hrs per week / flexible schedule

Position Summary:

• As a Consumer & HCP Engagement Coordinator, you will proactively engage consumers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals through outbound phone calls and email communications.
• Your role will focus on strengthening relationships, providing education and support, gathering insights, and connecting individuals with the products, services, and resources that best meet their needs.
• You will serve as a trusted brand representative who creates positive experiences through personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Consumer Engagement:

• Conduct proactive outbound calls and email follow-ups to consumers regarding previous interactions, programs, promotions, product inquiries, and support needs.
• Provide product, nutrition, program, and service-related information using approved resources and scripts.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all interactions within CRM systems.

Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement:

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to healthcare professionals and healthcare office staff.
• Promote awareness of available educational resources, programs, samples, coupons, and professional services.
• Verify and update contact information and account details.
• Build positive professional relationships while identifying needs and opportunities for support.
• Document engagement outcomes and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, consumer relations, healthcare support, sales support, or related experience a plus
• Experience conducting outbound calls or written outreach preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
