This role is responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of new employees. The ideal candidate will rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.Key Responsibilities* Recruit, interview, and check references for potential employees.* Extend offers of employment and conduct orientation for new hires.* Perform exit interviews.* Process changes in employee status.* Utilize knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.* May lead and direct the work of others.Required Qualifications**Education:** A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.**Experience:** 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.Company Overview & CultureThis employer is a leader in its industry.
