Travel Contract | Central Florida 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time Days | Competitive Weekly Pay Looking for the best of Central Florida without being stuck in the daily theme park crowds? Position Details
- Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Setting: Home Health
- Location: Central Florida
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential to extend
- Schedule: Days, Full-Time
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the community
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS certification (if required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while managing a daily patient schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working independently in a community-based setting
