Automotive Sales Representative

Connecting with customers through various channels, the full-time Automotive Sales Representative will resolve inquiries, de-escalate issues, and potentially upsell services while working remotely. Key responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
