For additional information about Artivion, visit our website, .Position Overview:In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the commercialization strategy for the next generation Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair (EAAR) stent graft portfolio at Artivion. You will be responsible for leading upstream voice of customer (VOC) activities and engaging with external vascular surgeon customers to translate market needs into product opportunities. You will represent the customer's perspective, ensuring new product concepts are market-driven and commercially viable, and manage the introduction of new products through launch. The right candidate will be naturally collaborative, customer- centric, and able to manage the shifting priorities of multiple projects in a highly visible role within the organization.Position Responsibilities:Collaborate heavily and assume a leadership role within the Endo Aortic Arch, and Bridging Stent cross functional core teams, providing product marketing support in meeting key project milestones and deliverables.Develop and execute voice of customer and market research initiatives to inform product pipeline and drive commercial requirements (customer, product, business needs).Interface regularly with customers and regional partners through travel, congresses, and symposia to better understand and deliver on customer needs.Partner closely with key opinion leaders to anticipate the future market environment, changes in trends, competitive landscape, and to predict/drive future needs.Support trial site selection, training, and engagement throughout clinical trials.Develop and manage KOL cardiac and vascular surgeon relationships for the product portfolio.Collaborate with Sales Leadership in developing a commercialization plan and integrated marketing plan for the Endovascular Aortic Arch portfolio.Develop training and marketing materials to prepare for commercial launch.Manage a marketing budget quarterly and execute as defined in the marketing plan.Illustrate project management expertise.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in area such as business, engineering, or life-sciences.8+ years experience in medical industry. Previous product management experience in the vascular or cardiac surgery space preferred.Strong clinical acumen, and ability to come up to speed quickly on new products and disease states.Proven ability to conduct opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmap development, along with strong experience in VOC research and competitive analysis.Strong analytical skills, including a proven ability to plan and execute market research initiatives as well as synthesize market and customer insights.Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working closely with a range of cross-functional business partners.Good organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.Highly collaborative and consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives with a track record of executional success.Job SummaryRequisition Number: SRPRO002494Job Category: MarketingSchedule: Full-Time
