Senior AccountantOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, project accounting, and audit processes within a growing commercial real estate environment.Responsibilities:Prepare quarterly financial statements and Book-to-GAAP reportingSupport audit processes (interim & year-end)Manage loan and equity schedules, including cash flow and distribution trackingOversee lot and commercial sales accounting, including closing documentation and inventory trackingHandle A/R and A/P processing, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely executionPrepare monthly loan draws and supporting documentationMaintain and reconcile MUD reimbursement schedules and general ledger activityTrack and manage property tax schedules, including annual and rollback taxesAssist with month-end close and ad hoc projects for leadershipRequirements:5+ years of GAAP accounting experience (public accounting a plus)Experience in commercial real estate property management and or development and job costing requiredStrong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliationsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Timberline preferred)Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesEducation:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus)CPA preferredHOUWD51
