Staff Accountant

Salary: USD75000 - USD85000 per year We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or irregularities. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts. Prepare financial reports and schedules for internal management. Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation. Monitor and maintain accurate accounting records. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of accounting experience preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Knowledge of GAAP.
