Maybe you’ve become a team lead. You recruit. You train rookies. You help drive the team.

But you’re still spending every summer knocking doors for someone else’s organization.

There has to be a next step.

Prime Pest Solutions is looking for an experienced D2D leader who is ready to go from producing on a team to building one.

Our goal: build a stable 10-person sales team producing $1M+ in annual contract value within 12 months.

You’ll have real ownership over recruiting, hiring, firing, training, coaching, and team performance.

And as you build the team, the goal is to get you off the doors—not keep you on them forever.

What You’ll Earn

$50,000 guaranteed base salary

5%–13% monthly team production override

Personal sales commissions up to 70%

Uncapped earning potential

Initially, you'll sell alongside the team while recruiting and developing reps. As the organization grows, your personal production decreases and your income increasingly comes from the team you've built.

Who We Want

You need to have already demonstrated three things:

You can sell. You've personally succeeded in D2D.

You can recruit. You've personally brought salespeople onto a team.

You can lead. You've trained, coached, or led reps and can show us the results.

Experience in pest control, alarms/security, solar, roofing, or another D2D industry is strongly preferred.

You must live in or relocate to the Portland metro area.
