Maybe you’d sharpen the opening line, simplify the landing page, or test a different audience. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys asking those questions—and helping put the answers into practice.

Based in our Tampa office, you’ll work across website content, social media, email, and online campaigns. You’ll combine creative thinking with careful coordination and performance tracking to help improve how the business reaches its audience.

Your Ideas, Put Into Action

Working with the wider team, you’ll:

• Coordinate digital campaigns, keeping objectives, deadlines, and deliverables clear.
• Create and update content for social media, email, websites, and landing pages.
• Maintain content calendars and organize campaign assets.
• Support paid and organic activity across relevant digital channels.
• Research audience interests, competitor approaches, and opportunities for new content.
• Monitor engagement, website activity, and campaign results.
• Test changes to messaging, creative assets, or campaign settings and review the response.
• Prepare clear reports explaining what happened and what could improve.
• Check published materials for accuracy, consistent branding, and working links.

Bring Evidence of What You Can Do

Some experience in digital marketing, social media, content, email campaigns, or a related field is preferred. That experience might come from employment, internships, freelance work, or substantial projects for a business or community organization.

A particular degree isn’t required. We’re interested in your contribution: what you created, how you approached the work, and what you learned from the results.

You should have:

• Strong writing and editing skills.
• A practical understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Confidence reviewing basic performance data.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage deadlines and respond constructively to feedback.
• Availability to work on-site in Tampa.

Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, email platforms, content management systems, or advertising tools is helpful. You don’t need to know every platform before joining.
