Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p, with weekday floor call and weekend on-site support

Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week

Experience: Prior cardiothoracic surgery experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide post-operative care for adult and geriatric cardiothoracic and vascular patients
• Assist in emergency surgeries and routine procedures
• Manage consults and referrals from hospital departments such as ED and Cath Lab
• Perform vein harvesting during surgeries
• Assist in surgeries and procedures as needed
• Coordinate and document patient care activities using Epic EMR
• Interpret diagnostic tests and order necessary labs and imaging

What You Need

Required:

• Valid nursing license in Ohio
• Experience in cardiothoracic or vascular surgery settings
• Ability to perform procedures including vein harvesting and assist in surgeries
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in hospital-based inpatient care
• Flexible availability for scheduled shifts and on-call duties
