Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, and depending on your expertise, may also conduct family, marriage, and group counseling sessions.

• Document ongoing treatment progress, including updates to diagnoses and treatment plans, according to company policies and best practices.

• Facilitate mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs and appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care for clients and streamline the effectiveness of treatment approaches.

• Perform other duties as assigned that contribute to client welfare and the clinic's operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including children, families, and adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. You will assess and address concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, including co-occurring disorders and substance use treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, along with current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
