Clinical Case Manager/supervisor

Company Description: The Northern Kentucky Regional Mental Health Court is a specialty court serving justice-involved individuals in Boone, Kenton, and Campbell Counties. It focuses on participants with severe mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other serious psychiatric disorders that significantly impair functioning. All active clients receive intensive case management services, including weekly visits, medication monitoring, substance use screening, service coordination, and support with housing, benefits, employment, and access to inpatient treatment. Role Description: The Clinical Case Manager/Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Newport, KY, responsible for overseeing intensive case management services for Mental Health Court participants. This role includes managing a caseload of clients with severe mental health needs. The Clinical Case Manager/Supervisor will supervise and support case management staff, ensure accurate progress reporting, and ensure effective case management. Therole requires close collaboration with the Court Administrator, judges, treatment providers, and other stakeholders to maintain program integrity, promote client stability, and support successful engagement in treatment and the court program. Qualifications - MSW a must. Strong Case Management and Case Management Services skills, including assessment, service planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-up. Knowledge and practical experience in Mental Health, particularly working with severe and persistent mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. Background in Social Services, including familiarity with community resources, housing supports, benefits, and employment services. Relevant education: Master's in Social Work. Ability to provide guidance, coaching, and quality oversight. Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis intervention skills, with the ability to work effectively with court personnel, treatment providers, and diverse clients. Ability to work on-site. Salary dependent on experience - Range $55,000 to $65,000. $5,000 stipend toward insurance coverage.
