Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to identify their mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Participate in treatment team meetings to contribute to client-centered treatment planning and execution.

• Manage crisis intervention scenarios by conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our dedicated team.
