Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources, ensuring personalized treatment approaches.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear goals and interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Engage with the treatment team to create and execute client-centered treatment strategies that effectively address the unique circumstances each client presents.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and prompt documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with professional ethics and standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of Arizona.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, we also provide a sign-on bonus, flexible work hours, and opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.
