You will work primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while still maintaining a connection with our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, guiding them toward personal recovery.

• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Implement treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Develop, execute, and continually evaluate personalized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable interventions.

You will primarily engage with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families across various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Happy Hearts Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
