CNC Hydromat Machinist

salary: $41,600 - $62,400 per year

work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate Hydromat rotary transfer machines and other production equipment.
• Load and unload machines and monitor production cycles.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
• Follow prints, work instructions, inspection procedures, and quality requirements.
• Make basic machine adjustments and offsets as needed to maintain part quality.
• Monitor tooling and notify the appropriate personnel when tooling needs to be changed or replaced.
• Identify and report machining, tooling, or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers as skills develop.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• CNC Hydromat (2 years of experience is required)
• CNC Screw Machine
• Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is required)
• Micrometers/Calipers (2 years of experience is required)
