Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be accountable for:

• Working directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders, providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with clients, creating safe spaces where they feel comfortable discussing their needs.

• Monitoring treatment progress and adjusting care strategies in alignment with client outcomes and feedback.

• Completing all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSW will serve clients who are primarily within hospice settings, often battling terminal illnesses accompanied by behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
