Job Title: Floor Assembly Operator Location: Walpole, MA Employment Type: Contract (12 months) Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $21.00 /hr Schedule: 40 hrs/Week – 1st shift About the Opportunity Accurate and efficient assembly of sensor modules, including all steps from automated and manual processing of incoming parts through sub‑assembly of intermediate components to final assembly of finished sensors. Includes wafer singulation, visual defect inspection, and module assembly utilizing both manual and automated processes. What You'll Do Maintain accurate record‑keeping, both manual and electronic. Manage inventory accurately. Contribute to manufacturing schedule planning and guide personnel in the work cell. Participate in department projects and teams. Job Requirements What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments. What Sets You Apart Basic computer skills. Good time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
