Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through active collaboration with patients, tailoring approaches that reflect their goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), within individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in acute distress and collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain a continuum of care.

• Document clinical interactions thoroughly, including treatment plans and progress notes, compliant with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, fostering a supportive environment where they can develop coping strategies and improve mental health management.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to guide adjustments in therapy and ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health treatment to enhance clinical practice continually.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
