Overview Client Partner – Health Vertical (Pharma) Location: East Coast Preferably At Publicis Sapient, we help organizations in the healthcare space tackle some of the most urgent challenges of our time—from advancing patient outcomes to building smarter, more connected digital experiences. Responsibilities Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary PS leader for 1-3 key healthcare clients, providing strategic stewardship to drive profitable year‑over‑year growth. Drive Innovation: Collaborate with clients to identify transformative opportunities that positively impact their business, customers, and bottom line—unlocking new revenue streams and fueling satisfaction. Shape the Future: Develop and execute a compelling 3-5‑year vision and strategy for your accounts, fostering new buying centers and unlocking the full potential of PS’ portfolio. Build Executive Partnerships: Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with CXOs (beyond the CIO) by delivering thought leadership, creating marketing campaigns, and leveraging media and PR opportunities. Lead with Purpose: Design innovative proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that position PS as a strategic partner, achieving shared success. Deliver Results: Own monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets, ensuring contracts align with financial goals while driving measurable outcomes for clients. Qualifications Collaborative Leadership: Advocate for your clients within PS, aligning cross‑functional teams and leveraging the best of our practices, alliance partners, and capabilities to drive impactful solutions. Visionary Thinking: Stay ahead of industry trends, providing clients with forward‑looking insights and innovative ideas to stay competitive in a digital‑first world. Strategic Account Growth: Expand PS’ footprint by cross‑selling solutions, services, and capabilities across horizontals, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery. Community Builder: Contribute to our global Client Partner and Growth communities by sharing strategies, best practices, and thought leadership that inspire excellence across the organization.
