Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and therapeutic needs.

• Collect and analyze patient histories to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to client requirements.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating clients' goals and progress metrics.

• Monitor and document patients' progress, ensuring all records are updated in a timely manner to maintain compliance and support continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• Certification in one or more specialized treatment modalities, such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or strategic therapy, is highly valued.

• Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating expertise in family dynamics.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly using telehealth platforms, is beneficial. Familiarity with managing cases involving complex family dynamics and systemic interventions will enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
