Accounts Payable Specialist

A highly regarded financial services firm is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and AP reconciliations. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and team-oriented accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices
• Manage weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries
• Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation
• Assist with month-end AP close activities
• Support audit requests and reporting needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Experience processing high-volume invoices
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• ERP software experience preferred
• Financial services experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$58,000 - $68,000 DOE plus bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and hybrid work flexibility.
