Linen Distribution Manager

Seeking a decisive, hands‑on Operations Manager to lead our onsite healthcare linen services. You will act as the vital link between our organization (SHSC) and hospital partners, managing a high‑performing team and optimizing workflows to ensure patient care never skips a beat. Salary: $65,000 - $67,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM Education requirement: Bachelors Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, supervise, inspect, and evaluate daily team workflows, setting high standards for accountability and performance. Partner with hospital department supervisors to coordinate seamless linen distribution, ensuring zero interruption to critical care services. Align onsite operational and financial performance with mutual SHSC and hospital budgetary goals. Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and Public Health guidelines regarding universal precautions and infection control. Masterfully multitask, set shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines within a high‑stakes medical environment. Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership: prior management or supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to direct, train, and evaluate subordinates. Industry background: previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare‑like setting is highly preferred. Relationship builder: exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with hospital staff and stakeholders. Operational agility: excellent sense of urgency and problem‑solving skills; flexibility to work non‑standard hours as operational needs dictate. Technical & communication savvy: excellent computer skills and the ability to clearly communicate oral and written instructions in English. Detail‑oriented: a strategic thinker driven by metrics, safety compliance, and mutual organizational success.
