Criminal Defense Attorney

Our quickly growing law firm is seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team. We welcome applications from both experienced attorneys and newly licensed attorneys who are ready to begin their practice. Fluency or Professional Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Represent clients in criminal matters, including misdemeanors and felonies
* Appear in court for arraignments, hearings, bench and jury trials
* Conduct client meetings and manage communications in both English and Spanish
* Develop case strategies, negotiate plea agreements, and maintain case files
* Ensure timely handling of all court and client-related deadlines

*Qualifications:*
* Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
* Fluent or Professional Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
* Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: $91,469.00 - $104,724.00 per year
