Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to ascertain their needs and establish appropriate interventions.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to create targeted strategies for enhancing family support.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as a key member of the interdisciplinary team, providing insights that guide treatment adjustments.
\n
• Provide educational and emotional support to families, equipping them with tools and resources to aid in their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment (NLE) approach in all interactions with families and patients.
\n
• Foster a nurturing and rapport-building environment with clients, facilitating trust and encouraging open communication.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations and standards of practice to assure the health and safety of the clients and community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with the children and families we serve, particularly focusing on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. The families who seek our services are often navigating challenging circumstances, and your role will be pivotal in providing them with the resources and support necessary to foster positive growth and development for their children.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license is required, enabling travel when necessary to meet clients and families.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles and unique family situations.
\n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
\n
• Respect for diverse backgrounds and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices is preferred; such familiarity will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
