Payroll Manager

Owning global payroll operations, the full-time remote Payroll Manager will manage end-to-end payroll processing across the US and key international markets, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and HR teams. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state US and international entities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery Maintain payroll tax compliance and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including timely filing of payroll tax returns Process and reconcile equity-related payroll events, ensuring proper tax withholding and reporting for stock transactions Required qualifications 6+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-country environment, with at least 2 years in a lead or manager capacity Deep working knowledge of US payroll tax regulations and experience processing payroll in jurisdictions such as Singapore, Germany, or Ireland Proficiency with Workday HCM/Payroll or equivalent global processor, along with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Experience managing payroll tax filings, year-end reconciliations, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions Track record of processing equity-related payroll transactions in a public company environment
