As an Account Administrator in Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc., you'll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.As an Account Administrator, a typical day might include the following:Create and maintain project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets.Review project proposals for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.Administer the flow of project documents between internal and external stakeholdersEnter and track orders, manage logistics and monitor past due accounts.Track and report project measures such as project expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality related measures. Report potential project problems as soon as they can be identified.Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed.Ownership of the invoice process to customers.This job might be for you if you have:High School diploma2+ years of project support experienceStrong computer, telephone, proofreading and filing skillsThe ability to learn concepts and technical details of products and servicesStrong writing, documentation, speaking and organization skillsStrong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of accounting principlesPreferred QualificationsRelated Associate's or Bachelor's degreeInternational shipping experienceExperience with VantagePoint or other project management softwareLocation:King of Prussia, PA – This position is located in King of Prussia, PA. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job and responsibility.
