Oncology Sales Specialist, Hematology (Tampa & St Petersburg, FL) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive pharmaceutical sales across Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida. The role involves selling oncology therapeutics, building customer relationships, conducting territory analysis, and achieving sales quotas while supporting the company's mission in innovative medicine.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies by promoting current and new oncology therapeutics to healthcare providers
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies and pre/post-call plans to penetrate assigned territory
- Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, and build customer relationships within assigned region
- Maintain clinical product knowledge and provide information to support customer decision-making
- Complete administrative requirements including compliance documentation, expense reporting, and call tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Three or more years of direct pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience with documented results
- Oncology specialty sales experience or major hospital account sales background
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnight stays
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify key decision makers
- Experience with hospital and large account sales, complex reimbursement, and managed care dynamics
- Proficiency with virtual engagement and remote communication tools
