Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Old Bridge, NJ. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with a standard 40-hour shift, providing a structured environment that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring the highest standard of care throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using specialized techniques and procedures that align with the physician's plan of care while promoting positive outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere that contributes to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to share insights and maximize patient results through cohesive evidence-based care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions, providing guidance on exercises and lifestyle changes to facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Consistently meet utilization goals and contribute to business objectives, aiding in the clinic’s growth and success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will treat patients across a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions, all while focusing on restoring their functional mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, allowing for professional practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association to ensure preparedness in emergency situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients, peers, and other healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills, enabling the effective management of documentation and patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy, specifically with post-operative and sports-related conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline patient management and documentation processes.
• Comfortable using advanced physical therapy modalities and equipment commonly utilized in rehabilitation settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
