Wedding Planner/Sales - Full Time, Chapel of the Flowers - Las Vegas, NV Chapel of the Flowers, on the Las Vegas Strip, is seeking a full-time Wedding Planner. The ideal candidate is a professional, organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual with a background in sales. Bilingual applicants are encouraged. We create elegant, professional, traditional weddings with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role is highly sales-oriented and numbers driven. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, e-mails, and chats to assist couples in planning their wedding Communicate with couples to determine their desires and match them with appropriate products and services to create a perfect day Organize timelines and plans, and communicate instructions and details in writing Manage multiple customers simultaneously Ensure each couple has an experience tailored to them Meet or exceed monthly sales quota Skill/Personality Requirements Minimum of 2 years sales experience Excellent multitasking ability Outgoing demeanor Effective communication skills Teamwork orientation Sense of urgency Positive attitude Enthusiasm for weddings Previous wedding experience is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses, averaging $50,000–$75,000 per year depending on sales performance.
