HSE Specialist

Novartis International AG

Interpret and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance across site operations. Identify and assess workplace risks, recommending effective control measures in collaboration with the HSE team. Manage and analyze environmental, health, and safety data, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and communication of key metrics. Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Partner cross-functionally to drive awareness, alignment, and continuous improvement on health, safety, and environmental priorities. Essential Requirements:Bachelors degree in industrial hygiene, health and safety, engineering, or related field, or a minimum of four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Minimum three years of experience in a health and safety role within a manufacturing environment.
