People Operations Specialist
MEDvidi Inc.
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to take full ownership of the provider (clinician) lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, document coordination, and offboarding. You’ll join the Business Operations team, working hand‑in‑hand with our Senior HR Ops Specialist on shared workflows, with close collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations. Responsibilities Own the full provider lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding. Coordinate required documentation for providers. Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations teams. Work together with the Senior HR Ops Specialist on shared workflows. Improve processes and build automation (e.g., Notion, Zapier) to eliminate inefficiencies. Why this role Real ownership from day one: you own the full provider lifecycle (preboarding - onboarding - offboarding) and your work directly determines whether providers have a smooth start and a clean exit. Direct line to business impact: onboarding speed and quality directly affect how fast providers begin seeing patients and generating revenue; the importance of this function is recognized at C-level. Shape the process, don’t just run it: we’re actively restructuring ownership of onboarding/offboarding, and we explicitly welcome spotting inefficiencies and building automation rather than following a fixed script. #J-18808-Ljbffr MEDvidi Inc.
