Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs. Contribute to client retention efforts. Qualifications Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client‑facing roles. Understanding of software development or technology services. Experience managing multiple accounts. Willingness to travel occasionally. Advanced level of English.
