Investment Banking Associate

In this remote, contract-based role, you will apply your investment banking knowledge to evaluate complex financial information, assess AI-generated content, and help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and performance of next-generation AI systems. QUALIFICATIONS Professional Experience Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate, a second-year or more senior Investment Banking Analyst, or in an equivalent Sales & Trading role. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, financial analysis, and investment banking transaction processes. Practical knowledge of deal execution, transaction structuring, and capital markets. Technical Skills Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, valuation models, transaction documents, and market data. Experience reviewing financial models, pitchbooks, investment presentations, and other investment banking documentation. Familiarity with industry-standard financial documentation, regulatory considerations, and deal structuring practices. Ability to identify financial inconsistencies, evaluate complex analytical content, and provide technically accurate recommendations. Communication & Analytical Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and precisely. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to provide constructive, detailed, and actionable feedback on complex financial materials.
