Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- Identify, research, and target potential partners including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Execute outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate qualified partner opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on strategic fit, business potential, and alignment with YuJa's solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Partner & Client Engagement
- Initiate conversations with prospective partners to introduce YuJa's value proposition and partnership opportunities.
- Book and coordinate discovery meetings for Partnership Managers and Senior Sales Leaders.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target partner organizations.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Partnership Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Support partner recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging high-potential organizations.
- Assist in executing co-marketing and lead-generation initiatives with partners.
- Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Track key metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rates, and meetings booked.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and feedback on partner conversations to help refine go-to-market strategies.
About You
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software preferred).
- Proven experience with cold outreach - cold calling and cold emails.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle rejection, adapt quickly, and maintain persistence in outreach efforts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.

This is an office-based role with standard hours from Monday to Friday.
