Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.57 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sat 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sun 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or visitor management protocols. Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with access control processes, issue visitor credentials as needed, and help to deter unauthorized entry in a retail location. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate. Maintain accurate front desk records, logs, and reports related to visitors, deliveries, and security-related incidents while presenting a professional presence at all times. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
