Care Resources is a community-based program for people 55 or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement.

Care Resources is a community-based program for people 55 or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement.
What will you do as the Clinic Scheduler:
- Schedule outside provider appointments for the participants
- Schedule onsite specialty provider appointments
- Create referrals
- Request medical records and authorize services
- Flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability
- Self-directed and autonomous
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Organized and detailed
- Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications
- Team player mentality
- Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Our ideal candidate will have experience with electronic medical record computer systems and scheduling
- 1 to 2 years of general office processes, medical terminology knowledge is a plus
- Must have valid driver's license and insurance and reliable transportation to make home visits
- Prefer 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly population
- Work a Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 4:30pm
