Part-Time Onsite Service Desk Analyst: Windows & Citrix Support

A leading IT services firm is seeking a part-time Service Desk Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. This onsite position involves providing technical support for PCs, Thin Clients, and tablets, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ideal candidates should have expertise in Windows 8.1 & 7, experience with Active Directory, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
